How fast do you fix issues in Limitless Server Management?
Our SLA to respond to alerts is 15 minutes, but we usually login to the server in 10 minutes or less.

Emergency Support or Priority Support plans have a response time of 30 mins or less. All other support plans have a default response time of 12 hours, however, we respond to issues within 2 hours on average.
Will you cover both server maintenance AND on-demand support in Limitless Server Support?
Yes. Limitless Server Management is a credits based support plan. You get 36 hours of expert assistance for 1 year. You can decide to use it for regular maintenance (including updates, backup audits, security audit, etc.), or you can use the experts to help you with on-demand requests like software installation, error troubleshooting, etc.
